Waivers

Part of our mission as an FAA Test Site is to work on expanding the regulatory environment around UAS and complex operations. We have experience working with the FAA on Part 107 BVLOS waivers, exemptions, and Certificates of Authorization. We're well-equipped to help you navigate this process quickly and easily.

Certification

We work with the state of North Dakota to support UAS operators that state agencies can access for routine use. This requires evaluation of flight crews and organizational policies and procedures for operations. We can support the development of these for your organization if requested.

Third-Party Validation

We offer waivers through the use of third-party validation of mitigating technology. Our work with the FAA and other government agencies means that we are perfectly positioned to provide third-party validation. As a trusted organization, we verify and credential civil or commercial operators, safety management systems, and operational procedures.

Training

We provide training on important aspects of using UAS, including safety, rules and regulations, best practices, and more. We work with you to develop training that is individualized and meets the specific needs of your organization.
